Bask in the Moment

Nourish your senses with woodsy, waterfront, premium apartment living.

YOUR NATURE-SOAKED HOME BASE

Our guesthouse offers two private units—a cozy furnished studio and a charming two-bedroom loft—designed to capture the rhythm of nature: sunlight spilling through windows, foliage framing your view, and the gentle sense of the woods all around. Whispering aspen trees, a hilltop perch above the water, and the soft curves of the neighbouring golf course make every day feel like a private getaway. Enjoy a refreshing swim in summer, a crispy snowshoe in winter, or simply unwind in your own country paradise. We currently have no vacancies. Email us to get on our waitlist!

WE ARE ON TREATY LAND

Painted Turtle Lake Retreat is located on Treaty 1 territory, which are the Original Lands of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene peoples, and Homeland of the Métis Nation. Our family is a blend of Anishinaabeg (Treaty 2) and Mennonite settler identities. A portion of our revenue supports local, Indigenous-led initiatives to reclaim land and ceremony.

A PERFECT FIT

Our guesthouse is ideal for tenants who want a calm, inspiring space to live, work, and play. With your own corners to call home and a shared yard with a quiet, community vibe, it offers laid-back, woodsy living that lets you unwind each day.
